What customers receive after checkout
Understand the delivery email buyers receive and how it changes based on the product.
A good delivery email should make the buyer feel oriented right away: this is what you bought, this is how to access it, and this is where to reply if you need help.
Zwely builds the email from the product setup, so a download product and a license product do not need to use identical copy.
What appears in the email
Files show download buttons
Products with uploaded files include a download button plus the configured expiration and max-download text. This helps buyers understand that the link is private and time-limited.
License products show the assigned key
When checkout assigns a license key, the email includes the buyer's unique key. If the product also has a file, the email can include both the key and the download button.
Bundles show each included product
A bundle email lists the selected products that have deliverables. Buyers can receive multiple download links and multiple license keys in one confirmation email.
Branding is optional
If you upload a logo, it appears at the top. If you do not upload one, Zwely omits the logo area instead of showing a placeholder.
Replies go where you choose
Reply-to name and email are controlled from Account, then Emails. That address can be a support inbox even if your Zwely login email is different.
You can preview each product
