1. Scope and roles
This Privacy Policy applies to Zwely websites, apps, dashboards, embedded checkout tools, hosted checkout frames, product delivery, license-key delivery, discount-code tools, analytics, support, and related services operated by Moozix LLC ("Zwely," "we," "us," or "our").
Zwely serves creators and businesses that use our software to sell or distribute digital products ("sellers"). When a seller uses Zwely on the seller's own website, the seller is generally responsible for its own privacy notices and legal basis for collecting information from visitors and buyers. Zwely may act as a service provider or processor for seller-directed checkout and delivery activity, and as an independent controller for account administration, security, billing, fraud prevention, compliance, service improvement, and Zwely's own business operations.
This Policy does not control the privacy practices of sellers, Stripe, payment processors, or other third-party services. Their own policies apply to their services.
2. Information we collect
Account and seller information
We collect information you provide when creating or using a Zwely account, such as name, email address, password authentication data, business details, settings, payment connection status, support messages, and communications with us.
Product, checkout, and delivery information
We collect and store product titles, descriptions, prices, product images, delivery files, discount codes, license-key pools, generated license keys, checkout button styles, embed identifiers, order records, refund records, customer records, download status, and related setup choices.
Buyer and customer information
When someone uses a Zwely checkout, we may collect buyer email address, product purchased or claimed, order amount, currency, discount code used, license key assigned, download availability, payment status, refund status, checkout page URL, referring URL, domain, UTM parameters, browser and device signals, timestamps, and similar information needed to operate checkout, delivery, analytics, security, and support.
Payment-related information
We may receive and store payment processor identifiers and metadata such as payment intent IDs, charge IDs, refund IDs, connected account IDs, receipt URLs, payment status, card brand, card funding type, last four digits, card country, fee amounts, and net amounts. Zwely does not store full card numbers or CVC codes.
Automatically collected information
We may collect IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, log data, pages viewed, actions taken, error reports, performance data, cookies, and similar technologies used for security, analytics, remembering preferences, fraud prevention, and operating the service.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide Zwely accounts, dashboards, embedded checkout, file delivery, license keys, and analytics;
- create and maintain products, customers, orders, discounts, refunds, receipts, and delivery records;
- process paid and free checkout flows and support payment, refund, and dispute workflows;
- help sellers understand product performance, attribution, buyer activity, and customer history;
- protect Zwely, sellers, buyers, payment partners, and the public from fraud, abuse, and security threats;
- respond to support requests, troubleshoot bugs, and improve product reliability;
- send service notices, account messages, product updates, and administrative communications;
- enforce our Terms, comply with law, and respond to lawful requests; and
- analyze and improve Zwely, including aggregated or de-identified reporting.
4. How we share information
We share information only as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including with:
- sellers, so they can fulfill orders, support buyers, view customers, manage refunds, and understand performance;
- payment processors, including Stripe, to process payments, route funds, handle refunds, prevent fraud, and satisfy compliance obligations;
- service providers, such as hosting, storage, analytics, email, security, customer support, and infrastructure providers;
- law enforcement, regulators, courts, or legal parties, when we believe disclosure is required or appropriate;
- business transaction parties, if we evaluate or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets; and
- others with consent or at your direction.
We do not sell personal information for money. If privacy law treats certain analytics, advertising, or cookie activity as a "sale" or "sharing," we will provide choices where legally required.
5. Stripe and payment processing
Zwely uses Stripe and may use other payment processors to support card entry, payment intents, connected accounts, checkout, payment routing, refunds, receipts, fraud prevention, identity verification, and compliance. Stripe may collect personal information directly from sellers and buyers and process it under Stripe's own terms and privacy notices.
When a seller connects a Stripe account, Zwely may store the Stripe connected account identifier and use it to route paid checkout activity to that seller's account. Stripe may require sellers to provide identity, business, tax, bank, and risk-review information directly to Stripe. Zwely does not control Stripe's verification decisions, reserves, holds, account restrictions, or independent legal obligations.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Zwely and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, log data, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember settings, secure the service, measure performance, understand product usage, attribute checkout activity, and improve reliability. Browser settings may let you block or delete cookies, but some parts of Zwely may not work correctly without them.
7. GDPR, UK GDPR, and EEA/UK privacy rights
If the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar data protection laws apply, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, compliance with legal obligations, and protection of vital or public interests where applicable. Our legitimate interests include operating and improving Zwely, securing the service, preventing fraud, supporting sellers and buyers, maintaining accurate records, and enforcing legal terms.
Depending on your location and relationship to Zwely, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing of, or receive a portable copy of personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To exercise rights, contact support@zwely.com. We may need to verify your identity and may direct buyer requests to the seller when the seller controls the relevant data.
Zwely is based in the United States. If information is transferred from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to the United States or another country, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms where required, which may include standard contractual clauses, processor agreements, adequacy decisions, or other safeguards recognized by applicable law.
8. United States state privacy rights
Depending on your state, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of certain personal information, and to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing activities. You can submit requests at support@zwely.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights required by law.
9. Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Zwely, maintain accurate account and transaction records, comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, payment, and dispute obligations, resolve issues, enforce agreements, and protect the service. Retention periods vary by data type, account status, legal requirements, and operational needs.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, limiting team access, maintaining secure websites where Zwely is embedded, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized activity.
11. Children
Zwely is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Zwely, contact us at support@zwely.com.
12. Seller privacy responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for the websites, product pages, marketing lists, buyer communications, and legal notices they control. If you use Zwely embeds, you should tell visitors that Zwely and payment processors may process checkout, payment, delivery, license-key, and analytics information, and you should obtain any consent required for email collection, cookies, marketing, or analytics.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the service, by email, or by posting an updated version. The effective date at the top shows when this Policy was last updated.
